This user agreement (“agreement”) is a contract between you and “BeyondSure”, and applies to your subscription to and use of products and services available through www.beyondsure.in (collectively the “services”). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not use or access the services.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeyondSure InsurTech SaaS platform, including its website, mobile applications, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement before you become a subscriber to and user of “BeyondSure” services.
We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site www.beyondsure.in (the “site”). Except as stated below, all amended terms shall be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our site. Upcoming changes will also be posted on this page.
In this agreement, “you” or “your” means any person or entity subscribing to and/or using the service (“users”). Unless otherwise stated, “BeyondSure,” “we,” or “our” will collectively refer to “BeyondSure”.
In consideration of and subject to your payment of the appropriate subscription fee for the services you subscribe to, and your agreement to and compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, “BeyondSure”grants to you a non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferable license, and right to use and access the BeyondSureme (the “licensed materials”) from multiple places/locations/computers at “different times.” You are not allowed to access the “BeyondSure” content from multiple places/locations/computers at “same” time.

For the purpose of these Terms, “BeyondSure”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to BeyondSure Private Limited and its affiliates. “User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform, including customers, POSPs, employees, partners, and sub-brokers.
BeyondSure is an InsurTech SaaS platform that enables insurance distribution, including but not limited to lead management, policy quotations, comparisons, policy issuance support, claims facilitation, commission tracking, and MIS reporting. BeyondSure does not underwrite insurance policies but acts as a technology enabler connecting users with insurers and partners.
You must be legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws of India. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account using valid credentials such as mobile number, email, or OTP verification. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including insurance and data protection regulations. You shall not misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or engage in fraudulent activities.
The Platform facilitates insurance-related services such as policy discovery, comparison, purchase support, claims assistance, and renewals. All insurance products are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurers. BeyondSure shall not be liable for underwriting decisions, claim rejections, or policy terms governed by insurers.
Certain services on the Platform may be subject to fees, including subscription charges, onboarding fees, API integration costs, or transaction-based pricing. All applicable charges will be communicated separately and are subject to applicable taxes.
All content, technology, software, logos, trademarks, and materials available on the Platform are the property of BeyondSure or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You shall not copy, reproduce, or misuse any content without prior written consent.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
The Platform may include integrations with insurers, payment gateways, and third-party service providers. BeyondSure does not control or guarantee the performance of such third parties and shall not be liable for their actions, delays, or failures.
BeyondSure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of the Platform. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeyondSure, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
BeyondSure reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
BeyondSure shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, government actions, or system failures.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mumbai.
