We may also collect information from third-party sources such as insurers, partners, aggregators, marketing platforms, or social media accounts where you choose to connect your account.

Purpose of Data Processing

Your information is processed for multiple purposes, including providing insurance products and services, generating real-time quotations and policy comparisons, facilitating eKYC and policy issuance, enabling claims processing, managing commissions and reporting, providing customer support, personalizing your experience, and improving platform performance. Additionally, your data may be used for fraud detection, security monitoring, regulatory compliance (including IRDAI requirements), analytics, MIS reporting, and marketing communications where consent has been obtained.
