How to raise a concern with BeyondSure, the timelines we work to, and where to escalate if you are not satisfied.
BeyondSure (operated by BeyondSure Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as “BeyondSure”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) is committed to resolving user concerns fairly, transparently, and within defined timelines. This Grievance Redressal Policy explains how you can raise a complaint regarding the www.beyondsure.in website, our InsurTech SaaS platform, or our services (collectively, the “Platform”), and the mechanism through which it will be addressed. This Policy constitutes an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, and does not require any physical signature or seal.
This Policy covers grievances relating to the functioning of the Platform, our services, billing and subscriptions, data privacy, and the conduct of our personnel. BeyondSure is a technology platform and does not itself underwrite or issue insurance policies. Grievances concerning a specific insurance policy — such as claims, premium, or policy servicing — are the responsibility of the concerned insurer or licensed intermediary; we will, where possible, help you route such grievances to the right entity, and the escalation avenues published by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) are set out below.
You may raise a grievance through any of the following channels:

Every grievance is logged and assigned a reference for tracking. We will acknowledge your grievance within 3 working days of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within 15 working days. Where a grievance requires longer — for example because it involves a third party — we will keep you informed of the status and the expected timeline. The resolution communicated to you will state the reasons for the decision.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may write back requesting escalation, and the matter will be reviewed at a senior level. For grievances relating to insurance policies or regulated insurance services, you may also approach the concerned insurer's grievance cell, and thereafter:
Concerns regarding the collection, use, or protection of your personal data are handled by the Grievance Officer in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India as constituted under that Act.
We maintain records of grievances received and their resolution for the period required by applicable law, and use them to improve our services and prevent recurrence of issues.
BeyondSure reserves the right to update or modify this Grievance Redressal Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
