How BeyondSure contacts you — by email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone and notifications — and the choices you have over it.
This Communication Policy explains how BeyondSure (operated by BeyondSure Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as “BeyondSure”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) communicates with visitors, leads, partners, and users of the www.beyondsure.in website and our InsurTech SaaS platform (collectively, the “Platform”) — which channels we use, when your consent is required, and how you can opt out. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. This Policy constitutes an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules thereunder, as well as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and does not require any physical signature or seal.
Depending on the details you share with us and the consent you give, we may contact you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls, and push or in-platform notifications. Each message identifies BeyondSure as the sender, and business communications are sent from our registered sender identities in accordance with TRAI regulations.
Some communications are a necessary part of the service you have requested and are sent without separate marketing consent: confirmations of forms you submit (such as a demo request, partner application, or waitlist sign-up), responses to your enquiries, service and security notices, billing and account messages, and grievance-related correspondence. You cannot opt out of essential service communications while you use the Platform, since they are required to deliver the service itself.
Promotional or marketing communications — such as product updates, offers, newsletters, and launch announcements — are sent only where you have provided consent, for example by subscribing to our newsletter, joining a waitlist, or ticking a consent box on one of our forms. Each form on the Platform states what you are signing up for at the point where you share your details.
By providing your telephone number together with the consent indicated on the relevant form, you authorize BeyondSure and its authorised partners to contact you regarding the service you requested through calls, SMS, or WhatsApp, even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR (Do Not Disturb / National Customer Preference Register), to the extent permitted by applicable TRAI regulations for service-explicit consent. This authorization is limited to the purpose for which you shared your details.
We send WhatsApp messages only to numbers whose owners have opted in to be contacted, in line with WhatsApp Business messaging policies. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages or by blocking the sender, and you may opt back in later by writing to us.
You can withdraw consent for promotional communications at any time, per channel:
Opt-out requests are honoured within a reasonable period, and no later than the timelines prescribed by applicable law. Opting out of promotional messages does not affect transactional or service communications.
We keep a record of when and how consent was given — including the form used and the time of submission — so that we can demonstrate compliance and honour your preferences accurately.
If you believe you have received a communication from us without an appropriate basis, or your opt-out has not been honoured, please raise it with our Grievance Officer as described in the Grievance Redressal Policy.
BeyondSure reserves the right to update or modify this Communication Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
