Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and adjustments are processed for services offered through the BeyondSure InsurTech SaaS platform (“Platform”). By using our services, you agree to this Policy.

Nature of Services

BeyondSure provides technology-enabled insurance distribution services, including SaaS access, onboarding support, API integrations, and transaction facilitation. Due to the digital and service-based nature of the Platform, refunds are subject to specific conditions as defined below.

One-Time Setup Fees (Non-Refundable)

The one-time setup/onboarding fee charged for enabling access to the Platform and configuring the system is non-refundable once the onboarding process has been initiated or completed. This includes account setup, configurations, and initial training/support provided.

API Integration Charges

Charges paid towards insurer API integrations are non-refundable, as these involve technical development, configuration, and third-party coordination efforts. Once the integration process is initiated, no cancellation or refund shall be applicable.

Subscription / SaaS Fees (If Applicable)

In case of any recurring subscription or SaaS fees:

Fees once paid are non-refundable for the active billing period.

Cancellation requests will be effective from the next billing cycle, and no partial refunds shall be provided.

Transaction Charges

Transaction fees charged per policy issuance (e.g., per policy sold across Health, Motor, Life, or SME segments) are non-refundable, as they are linked to completed transactions and service usage.

Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of services by submitting a written request via email. Cancellation will be processed within a reasonable time; however:

Any services already rendered will not be eligible for refund

Access to the Platform may be revoked upon cancellation

Pending dues, if any, must be cleared prior to closure

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, may be considered only in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of BeyondSure, such as:

Duplicate payment transactions

Technical errors attributable to BeyondSure

Services not delivered due to internal system failure

Any such refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–15 working days and will be credited through the original mode of payment or any other method deemed appropriate by BeyondSure.

Third-Party Services

BeyondSure is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services, including insurers, payment gateways, or external vendors. Such refunds will be governed by the respective third party’s policies.

Changes to Policy

BeyondSure reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
